New Patients

Our goal is to provide you with high quality dental care. We want to be a dental home that helps you maintain and achieve dental health. Please call to set up a new patient exam appointment. If you have dental benefits, have this information ready when you call. Prior to this appointment we ask that you fill out new patient forms.

we welcome new patients

Comprehensive dental exam and review of any diagnosis

services performed during your first visit

Payment is expected day of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit to dental benefit plans. All plans differ greatly. We provide treatment cost estimates for recommended treatment and services. This is not always exact due to lack of full transparency from benefit companies with us. Sometimes we do not know exactly what is covered until it is submitted. Your involvement in communicating with your own carrier is crucial for you to get your best coverage and more complete information. They work for you-not us.

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT AND PAYMENT

In some cases we are able to accommodate a hygiene appointment the same day. However, if it has been several years since your last dental cleaning, periodontal treatment may be recommended. Depending on treatment options, case complexity or additional questions you may have, we offer follow-up complimentary consultations to develop a plan that works best for you.

Dental Benfits are not really insurance.

Dental Insurance?

If you have needs other than healthy cleanings, your care will require an investment beyond what your "insurance" will cover. Your benefits assist you in the maintenance of your dental health, but were never designed to be all you need.

We're happy you have that assistance, but it can be a danger to your health if we think of it as insurance because it implies if it isn't covered, you don't need it. Insurance companies are in the business of making money. It's no secret and it's not bad or wrong. Their responsibility to their shareholders is to provide benefits while still creating a profit within the investment your employer has chosen to make in dental health. You cannot count on a dental benefit plan to determine what you need; that is your responsibility.

The fact is, unless you have excellent dental health, your care will require you to make an investment. We invest in what we value- just like we would with improvements to our homes. We don't presume to  know where your dental health fits into your value system. That's your decision. We think you are worth the investment, and we will work will you to help you receive your maximum benefits in assisting you in the maintenance of your health.
