Covid-19 Screening Questions. You will be asked screening questions before your visit.

Sanitizing and Cleaning. We are actively cleaning common areas and continue to sanitize rooms in which care is provided. We welcome all patients to wash hands upon arrival in the bathrooms or at a hand sanitizer station.
Social Distancing. Please arrive on time for your appointment. To limit the number of people in our office, we ask that no extra people attend your appointment. Drivers will be asked to wait in the car.

-Shortness of breath and/or trouble breathing?
-Persistent pain, pressure or tightness in chest?
-Loss of sense of smell or taste?
Our Staff. We have increased preventative measures to keep everyone safe. You will notice everyone wearing masks. For your appointments with the hygienists and doctors, face shields will be worn by the providers. Our goal is for everyone in our dental family to be safe and have their dental needs met.
