Dr. John Moore
Dr. John Moore was born in Appleton, WI and has been practicing Dentistry in The La Crosse area since 2002. He has four active children whom he adores; they enjoy a multitude of outdoor adventures together. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Bacteriology from The University of Wisconsin in 1998 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette School of Dentistry in 2002. His dental interests and post grad training include dental implant restorations, comprehensive esthetic care, and pediatric care. When not in the office, Dr. Moore is a USSS level 100 ski coach for Coulee Alpine Racing and the La Crosse Area High School Ski and Snowboard Teams. He also enjoys waterskiing with his kids, mountain biking, live music of any kind and cooking.
Dr. Kerrie Reynolds
Dr. Kerrie Reynolds attended Marquette University for her undergraduate and dental school education. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2001 and completed and AEGD in 2002 at Marquette University.
She divides her time practicing dentistry between Moore Smiles Family Dental and providing dental care to area nursing homes.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and travel.
Dr. Clara Ping
Dr. Clara Ping is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate and obtained her DDS from the University of Minnesota. She returned to her hometown of La Crosse in 2013 to join the practice. Dr. Ping has a special interest in comprehensive, patient-focused treatment. She has taken courses with SPEAR, AAOMS Implant Conference, Invisalign and Biolase for infant frenectomy. When Dr. Ping is at home, she and her husband are busy with their two children. As a family, they enjoy running, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
Dr. Andrea J. McNeely
Dr. Andrea J. McNeely is thrilled to return to her hometown of La Crosse after practicing nine years of general dentistry in Marshfield, Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor’s degree at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Due to a constant ambition to expand her skills, she delights in learning new languages (she speaks Spanish and is working on her French and Italian) and traveling with her husband, Paul. She also enjoys photography, painting and water-skiing.

Mary hails from Des Moines, Iowa, but has a deep history in La Crosse and has been working for our practice since June 2008 as a patient/treatment coordinator. She and her husband have two children. Mary enjoys biking and walking around the Coulee Region and her welcoming smile and calm presence put all of our patients at ease!

GRACE, Patient Care Coordinator
Grace is a La Crosse native and loves living in the Coulee Region. She attended Western Technical College and completed the Administrative Professional Program. Grace is resourceful and prides herself in getting tasks done effectively and efficiently. She enjoys working with all of the outstanding Mooresmiles Dental staff to give patients the best possible care. In her free time she enjoys fishing on Lake Onalaska, biking and hiking on the bluffs.

TRENT, Patient Care Coordinator
Trent grew up in La Crosse, which is where he and his wife (Dr. Ping) met. He graduated from UW-La Crosse with a degree in Economics. Trent is happy to help patients get the appointments they need to be seen at Mooresmiles. He loves being a dad to two children and is a self-proclaimed Nor-Dork (nordic skiing fanatic). When he is not working or at home with his family, you will find him trail running, cycling or cross-country skiing.

Nicolette graduated Dental Assisting in 2017. She resides in La Crosse with her husband, Yellow Lab (Molly) and French Bulldog (Tater). She enjoys hunting, karaoke and being with her friends and family. Nicolette loves the team she works with at Mooresmiles and getting to meet and work with the patients. She wants to make sure patients have the best experience possible.

Michelle lives in the country just outside of Caledonia, Minnesota. She and her husband Keith, have three boys—Landon, Cole and Adam. In her free time Michelle enjoys spending time with family, gardening, scrapbooking, photography, fitness, biking, snowshoeing and has recently taken up cross country skiing.

MARY LYNN, Patient Care Coordinator
Mary Lynn is a native of La Crosse, and a graduate of Western Technical Dental Assisting program. She lived in the Twin Cities for 20 years and recently returned to La Crosse.
She is a MN licensed dental assistant with over 30 years experience working in many dental specialties including Pediatric dentistry, Periodontics, Prosthodontics and well as General dentistry. She loves dentistry and enjoys working with the excellent Mooresmiles team.
When not working you can find Mary spending time with her family biking, painting, traveling and dancing.

Kayla graduated in 2014 from Western Technical Dental assisting program. She is oringally from West Salem and now lives with her husband, Matthew, and son, Carson, in Bangor. In Kayla's free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hunting, UTV riding, and bowling. You might even find her attending tractor pulls or country music concerts.

KARLA, Dental Hygienist
Karla has been a Dental Hygienist since 2002 and with Mooresmiles since 2005. She's from the northern part of the state, a little town called Poplar. At 18, Karla headed to Long Beach California to go to school where she obtained an Art degree in Fashion Design.
She and her husband of 26 years have a son, who is now serving in Okinawa in the US Marine Corps and she misses him every day.
Karla's husband was in the US Navy, so they traveled a little before settling around La Crosse. She returned to school at that time to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. "I've worked with an amazing group of professionals since 2002, and I love what I do as well as the connection I’ve made with so many amazing patients through the years."
Karla keeps busy and is still looking for her next adventure. She love to ride horses, kayak, hike and travel. She loves a good road trip but doesn't want to do the driving. She has a Black lab “Gus”, and two cats “Earl” and “Iris”. Karla lives in the country and enjoys campfires and gardening.

Stephanie joined the Mooresmiles team in 2014 when we moved into our beautiful location near La Crosse’s bluffs, which you can view from Stephanie’s operatory. Before she became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2006 Stephanie was a Dental Assistant and that’s when she knew the dental field was right for her. “My favorite part about dental hygiene is problem solving with my patients and helping customize their needs.”
In her free time Stephanie enjoys cooking, camping and pontoon rides with her husband and two children.

Lauren joined Mooresmiles in 2019. Her dental journey began in dental assisting, and her hunger for dental knowledge led her to dental hygiene. She grew up in Tomah, WI. She and her husband live in West Salem with their cavapoo, Ruby, and yellow lab, Chief. Lauren enjoys being active outside: going on bike rides and walks. She loves trying new recipes, so feel free to share any cooking or baking ideas. "I absolutely LOVE working in the dental field and getting to know each patient."

Deb has been practicing Dental Hygiene in the La Crosse area since 1992. She loves the one-on-one time with patients, getting to know families and helping them achieve their goals of dental health or aesthetics. In her free time Deb, husband and girls are usually outdoors kayaking, skiing, sailing or biking.

Amara has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2006. She enjoys providing thorough dental care and education to her patients. Amara loves to connect with her patients and help with their overall oral health. In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and three children. She also loves to fish and recently discovered the enjoyment of ice fishing. If she is not fishing, she is usually playing softball, basketball, volleyball or enjoying the outdoors.

Heather is an Iowa native, but has lived in the Coulee Region since 1994. She graduated from Western Technical College in 1997 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys creating relationships with patients and engaging in patient hygiene education. In her spare time, you will find Heather at one of the local disc golf courses. She loves spending time outside(any season), and enjoys photographing sunsets and flowers. Heather makes time for family, friends and volunteering. She has worked with Habitat for Humanity and has also traveled for dental mission trips. She hopes to be able to do many more trips in the future.

Jill, originally from Cashton, currently lives in Sparta with her husband and her dog, Saddie. Her two sons also live in the area. She has been practicing as a Certified Dental Assistant with our office since 1989. Our patients love Jill’s outgoing, fun and contagious laugh. When Jill is not working, she likes spending time with her family and friends, being in the outdoors, gardening. She is a sports fan-she loves watching and playing.

Yeng, from Onalaska, has been a practicing as a Certified Dental Assistant since 1997. She is married with three children and their dog, Shiloh. In Yeng’s free time she loves to read (700 books and counting on her Nook), cheer on the Packers and spend time with her family. Yeng very much looks forward to providing personalized dental care at Mooresmiles.

Sara is a Certified Dental Assistant and Patient care coordinator who joined the practice in June 2002. She works with all of our doctors and recently joined the staff at the front desk.
Sara loves cheering on the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers and the Milwaukee Brewers. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and black lab rescue, Bo.

Samantha (we call her Sam), came to La Crosse from the river town of Prairie du Chien. She has been working as a Certified Dental Assistant at our practice since June 2013 and is especially gifted at making patients feel comfortable in the dentist’s chair. In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends and floating down the Mississippi River.

Brittney grew up in Galesville originally but lives in La Crosse now. She and her husband stay busy with their two dogs, Albert and Cliff. Her hobbies include travel, reading, going to movies, running and spending time with family. Her favorite part about dental assisting is all of the people she gets to meet and gets to know on a personal level. Brittney likes learning about other people’s lives and listening to their stories about life.
